By opting into our services through BIGTeams' registration platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not opt-in or use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By opting into our services, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to certain programs in which you may elect to participate. You may also be asked to re-affirm your consent to this Agreement following any updates or modifications.

2. Use of Data

We collect personal data you provide when you opt-in via BIGTeams. This data includes, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, and athletic profile. We use this data to:

• Enhance your experience by personalizing our services and communications.
• Provide targeted training programs and educational materials relevant to your athletic and academic pursuits.
• Communicate offers and promotions from EXACT Sports and our partners that might interest you.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Our subsidiaries, such as EXACT Sports ID Camps and Student Athlete Scholars, for purposes consistent with this Agreement.

• Athletic and educational institutions, upon your explicit consent or as part of program participation requirements.

Your data is shared only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stated above and is subject to strict data handling protocols.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the services provided by EXACT Sports for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitations of Liability

EXACT Sports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EXACT Sports and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the services, including any data or content transmitted or received by you.

8. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. You are advised to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Changes to this Agreement are effective when they are posted on this page.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where EXACT Sports is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
