Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MotiveMob, you agree to be bound by this End User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use MotiveMob.

Description of Service

MotiveMob provides users with a platform to receive and share motivational content in the form of custom quotes and song recommendations from friends and family. Features include:

• Account creation and management
• Sharing and receiving motivational content
• Integration with third-party services, including Spotify and SMS notifications
• Subscription-based premium features

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MotiveMob. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use MotiveMob.

Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. MotiveMob reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this Agreement.

User Content

By submitting quotes or song recommendations, you grant MotiveMob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote such content. You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.

Subscriptions and Payments

MotiveMob offers free and paid subscription options. Paid subscriptions are billed annually at $20 unless canceled. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Privacy and Data Collection

MotiveMob collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Third-party integrations (e.g., Spotify) may have separate data collection policies.

Third-Party Services

MotiveMob integrates with external platforms such as Spotify and Google Sheets. MotiveMob is not responsible for third-party service availability, data loss, or privacy policies.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their accounts at any time by accessing their account settings or contacting support@motivemob.com. Upon deletion, all associated user data will be removed from our active database, except where retention is required for legal or operational purposes.

Termination

MotiveMob reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts at its sole discretion for violations of this Agreement.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

MotiveMob is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MotiveMob is not liable for any damages arising from Service use, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

Changes to Agreement

MotiveMob reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of MotiveMob constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
